I recently worked with Mitch at Wildrose Carpet Cleaning to clean a deep pile carpet that our puppy was secretly soiling underneath our couch in our basement. Mitch was incredibly responsive to my inquiry and gave me regular updates on the status of my carpet. Understanding how deep of a pile it was, he took the extra time to make sure that is was thoroughly cleaned and the old "puppy pee" smell was removed.
